What is the refund/return policy?
We DO NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any products ordered from House of Areign. If by chance your order is incorrect upon receiving please contact us via email immediately. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order,
How do you ship and how long does shipping take?
All U.S orders are shipped via USPS. There are two shipping options available at checkout. Standard shipping is 2-4 business and Priority shipping is 1-2 business days for domestic orders via USPS. Delays can occasionally happen due to holidays or circumstances out of my hands.  Please allow an additional day or two to receive your items.
When are orders shipped out?
There is a PROCESSING time of 48 hours to fulfill all orders. We ship every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. You will receive an email with a tracking number for your order by the end of the day. 
How often do you restock products?
We restock every 3rd Sunday of the month. Enter your email address in the product form to be notified when the item is available.
Can I cancel my order?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! However, You may email us to ADD to your order up to 1 hour after the initial order was placed. An invoice will be sent via email for the additional chargers that must be paid within 10 minutes of being sent. Failure to pay the invoice voids having the newly added products shipped.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Email us immediately at houseofareign@gmail.com with your order number and the correct mailing address. Orders may be processed sooner than 48 hours. Once orders are processed the address, shipping method and order contents can not be altered.
What form of payment can I use?
Credit card and Debit card
Can I pick up my order? 
Pick up is available Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 12PM-5PM ONLY! You have 48 hours from the initial email to schedule pick up. After 48 hours you will receive an invoice for shipping cost. Failure to pay shipping within 24 hours of receiving the invoice will result in your order being RESTOCKED and you WILL NOT be refunded!
**PACKAGE INSURANCE IS ADDED TO ALL ORDERS. WE DO NOT REPLACE ANY ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED, LOST, STOLEN OR MISPLACED DURING/AFTER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT USPS AND START A CLAIM. BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR THESE PURPOSES.
